We fabricate a wide range of lighting fixtures including chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, post lights, floor lamps and table lamps.
Although we do not install our light fixtures, we work a network of licensed electricians that we will be happy to recommend and will gladly help install the lights we create for you.
Each project is a case by case basis. Some jobs can be completed in 2 weeks or less, while others can take as long as 8 weeks. Every project is unique in its own way based on the complexity of the project, as well as the quantity of fixtures to be made.
Delivery can be provided if requested. We would need to know where the fixtures will be going to. We can either provide white glove delivery service or also provide shipping to anywhere in the US.
Warranties are provided and the timeframe of the warranties are on a case by case basis. Some lighting projects are interior, as to where other projects are exterior and on the coastline. As you can imagine, a light fixture that is exposed to the ocean air along the coast, will have a shorter life span than one that is outdoors. Other factors as material used also play a role in the longevity of a product. For example, brass and copper can withstand moisture better than wrought iron.
Since all project are truly made to order, we will fabricate your order specifically to your needs. Material costs vary and labor time can fluctuate when dealing with a fixture that measures 30" in diameter, as opposed to a fixture that is twice the size at 60". Once we take all of those factors into consideration, we can provide a quote that you can count on.
Once a project has been approved and ready to order, we require a 50% deposit to begin the project. We accept cash, check or charge. You can make a deposit over the phone via credit or debit, or you can request a link to be emailed to you to process the payment online. You also have the option of using Venmo or Zelle if that is your preference. The remaining 50% balance would be due at the completion of the project. You can make payment arrangements with the same options as the deposit.
YES! All of our products include UL approved parts and all light fixtures will be labeled with a UL sticker to pass any inspections that you may have. We have skilled electrical wirers that have been trained and have passed UL certification courses. All of our light fixtures are tested prior to labeling each unit to ensure safety and UL guidlines that any inspector may look for.
We are flexible when it comes to consulting with our clients. We can meet at your home or office for your convenience or we can also have remote meetings whether through a phone call, zoom meetings and even emails seem to do the trick! We will do what is convenient for you!
